Branch Operations Manager

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to join us at Lloyd Worrall Newcastle
Lloyd Worrall has been supplying the building industry with its architectural hardware requirements since 1946. The Lloyd Worrall of today is a premier architectural solutions provider to the health, education, commercial, retail and leisure sectors in the construction industry through consultation, specification and end-user interaction. We depend on our qualified and experienced staff to guide and advise our customers on the most suitable solutions for their projects.
We rely on our Branch Operations Manager to support our Branch Managers in making sure the branch is running smoothly.Working in one of our depots you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s what you can expect to do as a Branch Operations Managerwith Lloyd Worrall:
- Daily cash reporting and banking
- Monitoring orders on Bistrack
- Health & Safety compliance
- Supplier invoice queries though the portal
- Completion of customer PPQ questionnaires
- Resolve customer invoice queries/issuing of credit notes when/where required
- Upload new customer account applications on portal
- Upload pro-forma requests to suppliers via portal
- Daily minus-stock report checks
- Issue warehouse weekly PPI stock check sheets, checking what has been counted is correct.
- Delegate contract orders out to internal sales team
- Main point of contact for any contractors/services required to come into branch (repairs/remedial works, IT etc)
