Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with company goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics for various programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training solutions for teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field - Optional
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in training software and e-learning platforms.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for employee growth.
