Job overview

Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week 

The post holder will commit to promoting a positive team based attitude, striving for the highest standards of service and achieving excellence by leading and directing the Endoscopy Admin team, which consists of Endoscopy Admissions Team and the Reception Team. 

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all of the Admin processes, policies and functions are in place by ensuring the team are fully trained and briefed on latest guidance and activity running on the Endoscopy Unit. The Postholder will provide coaching, supervision, leadership and guidance to the Endoscopy Admin team.

The post holder will work closely with Teams from specialties directly associated with Endoscopy such as Gastroenterology, General Surgery and Urology.
