Job overview

The North East London Integrated Care System Pharmacy Workforce Transformation Group (NEL ICS PWTG) is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated individual who can work collaboratively as part of teams as well as independently, with a high- level of output.


The post holder will be a part of the workforce transformation group and be responsible for several projects, working together with workstream leads whilst planning and delivering the priorities identified and agreed by the group. They will also have a significant role in developing and submitting successful business cases as well as building relationships with system partners to progress workforce transformation. 

Main duties of the job

Programme updates including project plans and progress with deliverables will be required to be provided to project leads and North East London Chief Pharmacists with reports presented at appropriate fora, including NHSE. 

The post holder will be managed under Barts Health but working across the system.
