We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workforce Transformation Lead by Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. In this role you will take on a range of projects and provide support to one or more of the senior team.

You will need to have extensive project management experience and experience of leading successful project and /or operational performance and improvement; including business case preparation, service initiation / commissioning, contract negotiation, and the development and monitoring of output and outcome measures.

This role will be part of the SEL ICS People Function the post holder will report into one of the heads of service, with a portfolio of work supporting the People Strategy themes.

**On a day-to-day basis, the post holder will**:

- Management of large scale complex projects
- Building and managing effective partnerships
- Oversee the direction and delivery of all project work streams
- Ensure appropriate evaluation and metrics are in place to support impact monitoring and milestone achievement.

In return you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders from across the ICS partners, who are ambitious and dedicated to creating a better experience for all our staff across health and care in South East London.

This post is part of the SEL ICS Workforce Programme hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and as such the post holder will be an employee of GSTT and expected to adhere to the Trust values and standards.
