We are seeking someone to join our team to be responsible for our portfolio of HR Transformation and People Experience Projects and Programmes working in close partnership with our Head of People Experience and HR Transformation, key business
- and functional stakeholders and our PMO in HR.

The Global People Experience and Transformation Lead role is ideal for someone who wants to take their experience of developing and delivering people change programmes to the next level. Your background may be in HR roles having designed and delivered transformation and change or you may have a pure focus on people change and transformation. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate success in shaping and delivering human-centred experience and organisational change across people-related activities and understands the strong programme and stakeholder management required to deliver effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Main:

- Work closely with project sponsors, business leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project teams to lead people transformation projects to ensure that business change opportunities are identified, assessed, planned, monitored, and delivered to optimise benefits.
- Develop and execute HR transformation solutions and project plans, as well as manage and track project deliverables in support of the transformation
- Lead complex projects and HR transformation workstreams with a cross-functional team of people and SMEs, to improve the way we deliver HR Transformation at Entain.
- Design, lead and facilitate project design workshops (e.g. experience, policy, business requirements, process, operating model etc.).
- Lead the knowledge sharing and developing of HR Transformation and People experience skills internally across our People team.
- Leverage HR technology and AI to ensure HR departments have innovative and robust solutions working in close partnership with our HR tech solutions team.
- Ensure key transformation milestones and deliverables are met within timelines and budget
- Co-Design of new people experience strategy and design across an end-to-end employee journey
- Programme manage change efforts within each function and connect to the central efforts across the overall transformation. Deploy change and program management that drives business strategy and initiatives
- Participate in both the first and/or second line function as well as HR and People Transformation work streams as the HR expert representing and owning key HR activities within both pillars
- Understand the people and persona implications of the target state plans within each part of our HR operating model and help design and drive the action plans in partnership with the People and Culture leadership team.
- Partner closely with all areas of HR, Business and HR leaders as needed to develop and execute short and long-term HR transformation-related strategies
- Work closely with HR programme & product owners to understand the strategic direction and goals of the business
- Design future-state HR processes that drive for scalability, efficiency, velocity, and enhanced people experience
- Support a shared vision across the HR and business functions by partnering with key internal business stakeholders
- Leverage user research to identify adoption opportunities for new products and improvements for current products, supporting user-centred activities such as concept testing and usability testing
- Lead on effective communication with project and programme stakeholders

**Ideally, experience in the following activities**:

- Design of a People Operations strategy and holistic health check of the HR function
- Delivery of People/HR Transformation building next-gen target operating models for complex organisations
- Leverage HR technology, Data and AI to ensure People teams have innovative and robust solutions
- Design of new people experience across an end-to-end employee journey using design-led thinking, persona mapping and sentiment analysis
- Design and delivery of upskilling for the HR workforce
- Employee experience strategy, research, and delivery (Including Moments that Matter, Personas, and Employee Journeys)
