People Experience Lead



An exciting new role has become available in the People Team at Fuller's. We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our People Experience Manager in driving transformative initiatives around our listening and diversity and inclusion strategies.


You will be required to drive the people experience agenda, emphasising engagement, and inclusion, while juggling multiple projects, including delivering on our inclusion action plan, establishing employee network groups, coordinating inclusion events and managing external recognition initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive on being actively involved in the business and spending ample time engaging with various stakeholders working to continue to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.



Job Purpose:

Create and deliver a seamless positive employee experience across our business. Our people are key to us being able to deliver our people roadmap



Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the PE Manager to deliver transformational employee experience initiatives
  • Undertake market research for relevant project workstreams
  • Identify new employee ex trends, keeping abreast of changes in HR trends
  • Build relationships with the teams to understand how we can deliver better experiences
  • Champion the D&I action plan (manage D&I comms) and roll out of commitments
  • Support with Times Top 100 project plan
  • Manage periodic comms out to the wider business on our benefits i.e Wagestream and benefits platform
  • Support and coordinate D&I events in collaboration with network groups and marketing
  • Produce My Voice round up and collate actions
  • Support with DE&I dashboard and metrics
  • Coordinate listening groups
  • Support with creation of colleague network groups
  • Support to evolve our work around neurodiversity
  • Attend OM’s meetings and work with PE Manager to build a deeper understanding of what we do and how we can drive change



Key Strengths for the Role / required experience:

  • A progressive and creative people approach
  • Previous industry experience not necessary
  • Good MS office skills
