**Our global client, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior HR Operations Lead. If you are a strong HR Operations Partner who has previously worked with a scaling business to help scale their people operations function, this could be a great opportunity to showcase your skills and progress to a Global Head of People Ops. You would be responsible for managing all HR Operations for circa 150 people globally including employees in US and UK, and working on the transformation and professionalisation of the global people ops function, including Benefits, Pay, Policy, Engagement, HR Data, succession planning and EVP.**

**Working closely with HR Director, you will work on an exciting continual improvement project, with the view to transforming all people operations activity, and set the company up for future growth.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Leading on transformation of the people operations functions whilst managing daily global people operational activity, including payroll, benefits and employee lifecycle.
- Working closely with HR Director to ensure all policy and procedures reflect culture and EVP of the company
- Managing Payroll across UK, US and other regions, with the support of external payroll providers. and working closely with the EORs and PEOs to answer complex queries around 401K, pension, pay and benefits
- Supporting the HRBPs with their client groups during annual cycles
- Maintaining HR policy and aligning to the global variations for different countries/states
- Working on employee engagement and performance management activities
- Supporting with HR Data including gender pay gap reporting and Reward data
- Managing benefits - liaising with benefits broker (including flexible benefits) and managing the annual enrolment window process
- Participate in the annual compensation review
- Being responsible for leading all people operations activities alongside all people operations projects
- Leading an assessment, selection and implementation of new HRIS, ready for a large employee population
- Supporting with M&A activity
- Responsible for managing all systems and HR Data - HRIS and ATS

**You will be a great fit for this role if you have**:

- Experience leading or taking a leading role, in the build or scaling of a People Ops Function
- Previous experience and understanding of US pay and benefits - ie 401K and state variations in policy
- Extensive experience working across all areas of People Operations, including employee lifecycle, policy, procedure, payroll, benefits, systems and HR Data
- The ability to think strategically and future proof the HR function
- A passion for detail and process orientated approach
- An interest in leading on HR Operations projects including implementation of new HRIS, creation of policy and procedure, defining and promoting EVP through processes

Remote - travel to London once per week would be ideal.
