You will provide leadership within the team to include supporting the day-to-day decision making in the team, being significantly involved in facilitating supervision, taking forward quality initiatives, implementing change and service developments that support the trust strategy. You will be expected to be flexible in your approach and to welcome the opportunity to build on your existing experience and skills.

This position would be ideal for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a vision to develop their career and clinical expertise within dementia and frailty. The post would require the successful applicant to have experience within mental health services and have a sound awareness of risk management in this environment. You will be expected to utilise specialist functional assessments and interventions including the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) which is primarily used within the trust.
