Our Cornwall Admin team are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the wider team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential, and you pride yourself on great organisational skills, have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a methodical approach, and a ‘can do’ attitude, then we would love to hear from you.

You will undertake a full range of administrative duties in accordance with the running of a busy office, so the role is pivotal to the smooth running of our Admin service. This is a full-time role based in our Penzance office, although you may be asked to visit other sites from time to time to support your colleagues in the wider Admin team.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuity of service.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will:

A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable administrative support Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders Organised; excellent planning and time management skills Ability to manage competing/conflicting demands, under own initiative managing own workload Good analytical skills, eye for detail, methodical with ‘can do’ approach Resilient; ability to prioritise and work under pressure Good communication skills Minute-taking skills Knowledge and understanding of work-based Health and Safety issues Able to visit other locations from time to time in order to deliver the services required
