The Role: Service Delivery Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our victim support services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the service team, encompassing various areas such as health and safety, finance, fundraising, social media management, and data entry into case management systems.
- Maintain the day-to-day functionality of our office environment, ensuring a professional and efficient workspace.
- Engage in client interactions through answering the helpline and gathering client satisfaction feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers to deliver a seamless and supportive service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, handling diverse administrative tasks.
- Experience working in a client-focused setting or service industry.
- Familiarity with policies, procedures, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems/databases.
