Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Cornwall. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing support and resources to individuals affected by crime.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the impact of crime on victims and be able to develop and deliver effective safety and support plans. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide a seamless service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and monitor safety and support plans for victims of crime
- Liaise with other local providers to share information and resources
- Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate records
- Work as part of a team to provide a seamless service to clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims
- Experience of delivering services in a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting
- Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
- Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands
- Ability to manage a caseload and use generic IT applications
