We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative and support function to our team at With You. If you pride yourself on organization skills, attention to detail, and a methodical attitude, we would love to hear from you.

As a member of our team, you will be supporting individuals who access our service for help with their drug or alcohol use. These roles will also contribute to improving the support provided to clients within the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing competing demands and prioritizing tasks
  • Build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  • Provide minute-taking and administrative support for meetings and events
  • Travel to other locations as required to support the team
