Were looking for someone who's dynamic, a great people's person, kind, compassionate, a leader by example and someone who upholds the highest standards. RGN trained and with a around 5 years' experience, but experience in a care home setting is not essential. It's your values that we're really interested in to ensure that we become the leading care home in Matlock and the wider Derbyshire area.
It will be our privilege to offer residential, dementia and nursing care for up to 72 residents and you will be at the heart of our business ensuring that our residents and their loved ones feel safe, well cared for and supported from assessment through to their day-to-day living. No two days are the same working with our team, residents, their families, healthcare professionals and members of the local community, but if you like variety where you can make a difference using your skills, knowledge, and passion we'd love to hear from you.
Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN) Contract
£52,500 per annum.
Contracted to 40-hours per week.
Pension.
5.6 weeks annual leave.
Uniform provided.
DBS paid.
Onsite parking.
