About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a social care setting
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement principles
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
