About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our team to deliver high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in adult care.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a Deputy Manager role in a social care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in adult care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions and work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
