We are welcoming Nurses, Paramedics, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who are passionate about making a difference and are looking for a change in their career in a fast paced and innovative environment.
PFAS, is a clinically focused organisation supporting over 36,000 claimants every year As one of the top providers of functional assessments, with the highest clinical quality, the most attentive care and crucially the most well-supported, dedicated team, we are aligned in delivering our vision of providing the right care, first time, every time.
Once you have completed our unique training program, you will use your skills as a healthcare professional to assess cases of people who are applying for a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) and complete fair and accurate reports as part of the DWPs Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS).
Our roles offer you the chance to change direction whilst providing you with the opportunity to maintain and develop your clinical registration, skills and knowledge, and work within a structured Monday - Friday contract.
There are lots of opportunities for development and progression within the PFAS team including Clinical coaching, training roles and Clinical Support Manager roles.
As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face.
