Clinical Disability Assessor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Assessor to join our team at PFAS. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing the functional ability of claimants and providing fair and accurate reports.
Your key responsibilities will include interviewing claimants, analyzing information critically, and creating concise reports that meet quality and productivity targets.
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional and a broad clinical knowledge. You will also have previous experience in using computer software and be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 21 days AL (increasing to 25 from January 2025) plus 8 bank holidays, hybrid working, and protected CPD time.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional.

- Physios/OTs: Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist, Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), and Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of OT's (COT).
