Job Description

  • Leading on the project from inception to development, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget, supporting the Head of Delivery.
  • You'll be managing co-ordinating multiple Scrum teams located in different geographical regions, fostering collaboration, communication, and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure the delivery of the project.
  • Implementing effective governance frameworks to monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies in line with the project.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating any project risks, whilst proactively addressing issues to minimise impact on project delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project teams, optimising processes and workflows for increased efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading large-scale projects within a technology-driven organisation.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple Scrum teams across different geographic locations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
