About the Role:

As a Learning Mentor, you will provide individualised support, guidance, and encouragement to our pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Your role will involve:

  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers
  • Creating and implementing tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil
