Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring: Build positive relationships with students, offering individualized support, mentoring, and counselling to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff members to develop and implement behaviour support plans and interventions tailored to students' needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Have previous experience working with students with challenging behaviours, either in an educational or youth work setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
