We are looking for a skilled Finance Project Manager to join our team to facilitate the delivery of the global finance transformation strategy across all our regions. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in delivering complex finance projects.

Your Responsibilities

Lead multifaceted finance projects, ensuring alignment with the Groups’ overarching strategic objectives. Develop project plans outlining key milestones, timelines and resource requirements. Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Manage supporting material for meetings and coordinate all project related meetings including issuing pre-meeting prep, taking minutes, maintaining action and decision logs. Prepare regular communications on project progress, key insights and relevant updates, ensuring issues are highlighted early to senior stakeholders and project sponsors. Facilitate change management strategies to support the success of transformation projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing feedback mechanisms to assess project outcomes and better refine future project strategy.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Proven experience as a project manager leading ERP implementations. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, upgrade processes and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical and prioritization skills to juggle multiple projects at the same time Develop templates, processes, and guidelines to drive internal communication and adoption of new technologies and processes. Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment. Experience working with an enterprise ERP solution (SAP 4/HANA and NetSuite preferred). Prince 2 / Agile PM or other similar accreditation is preferred but not required.
