**Finance Transformation Programme Manager**

Tarka Talent is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Programme Manager to join our team and lead the integration of new acquisitions and business streams into our clients' infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing finance transformation projects within the banking and asset management industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and deliver solutions to automate and integrate acquisitions and new business streams
  • Understand the impacts on Product Control, Legal Entity Control, Brokerage, Tax, Reg Finance, and Treasury
  • Analysis and documentation of control weaknesses within current acquisition modes

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance transformation project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale finance transformation projects
  • Strong process improvement experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams
