Job Title: Business Transformation Finance Manager

Coatue Management L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our financial infrastructure roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with our product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our current accounting processes and identify future state solutions to be prioritized and implemented.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to clearly articulate finance requirements, gaps, and inefficiencies through discovery discussions.
  • Define and document future state requirements alongside product and ensure alignment with accounting policies and best practices on controls.
  • Lead the efforts on test and adoption for any new implementation and ensure impact to BAU operations are adequately understood and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Ensure granular level project plan exists for your workstream and tracked via the PMO.

Requirements:

  • Professional finance qualification such as the ACA or equivalent.
  • 4+ years post qualification experience in Finance or Accounting roles, with experience in Finance Systems transformation.
  • Proven track record of working on complex cross-functional technology transformation and implementation projects.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced agile transformation projects ideally within a listed environment of a global financial services or payments/fintech organisation.
