Job Title: Business Transformation Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Finance Manager to join our team at Coatue Management L.L.C. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial infrastructure roadmaps to drive business transformation and improve financial processes.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize financial requirements and gaps.
  • Define and document future state requirements and ensure alignment with accounting policies and best practices.
  • Lead the efforts on test and adoption for new implementations and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain granular project plans and track progress through the PMO.
Requirements:
  • Professional finance qualification such as the ACA or equivalent.
  • 4+ years post-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles, with experience in finance systems transformation.
  • Proven track record of working on complex cross-functional technology transformation and implementation projects.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced agile transformation projects ideally within a listed environment of a global financial services or payments/fintech organization.
