Job Title: Business Transformation Finance Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join our team at Coatue Management L.L.C. as a Business Transformation Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the Financial Infrastructure roadmap for your workstreams, ensuring seamless integration with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of current Accounting processes and identify future state solutions to be prioritized and implemented.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to articulate Finance requirements, gaps, and inefficiencies through discovery discussions.
  • Define and document future state requirements alongside product, ensuring alignment with accounting policies and best practices on controls.
  • Lead test and adoption efforts for new implementations, ensuring minimal impact on BAU operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop granular project plans and track progress via the PMO.

Requirements:

  • Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA or equivalent)
  • 4+ years post-qualification experience in Finance or Accounting roles, with experience in Finance Systems transformation
  • Proven track record of working on complex cross-functional technology transformation and implementation projects
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
