What you will be doing :

We are looking to hire a Growth Account Executive with a commercial centric approach to service our Velocity Sales segment. Your primary goal will be managing our high quality declared-intent inbound leads to closed deals, and cross-selling existing Velocity accounts, to drive growth in an already high achieving segment for ComplyAdvantage in EMEA.

As an Associate Account Executive, you will

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the company and our offerings in order to educate clients on the benefits of the business
  • Generate new opportunities leveraging a high volume of declared-intent (demo requests) inbound leads
  • Pipeline Generate into existing Velocity customers to cross-sell other offerings.
  • Engage with senior decision makers at Fintechs, Payments Companies, Credit Unions etc to qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals
  • Effectively manage pipeline, prioritise the right deals and create urgency
  • Feedback valuable market and product intelligence to our Product and Strategy teams
  • Contribute towards on-boarding and training of the lead generation and junior sales team, through best practice sharing and coaching

About you

As a Growth Account Executive, you will have

  • Experience as a BDR/SDR selling SaaS in a B2B environment
  • Experience owning sales cycles to close of any size (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of a standardised sales process leveraging a known methodology (i.e. MEDDICC, Command of the message, Challenger, Sandler etc)
  • Experience selling into Financial Services is (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in value based selling to align our solution with customer needs
  • Highly entrepreneurial attitude, self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to develop cross-functional relationships
  • A desire to develop your skills to take on more responsibilities in line with our ambitious expansion plans
  • Be a team player with a nature ability to collaborate with other team members to help where needed, share best practices and industry knowledge etc
  • Possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
