JobOverview: The Office Receptionist is the first pointof contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellentcustomer service skills the ability to handle multiple tasksefficiently and a professional demeanor. The Office Receptionistwill manage the front desk greet and assist visitors answer anddirect phone calls and perform various administrative tasks tosupport the smooth operation of the office.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Maintain the reception area keeping it clean andorganized.
  • Handle inquiries and provideinformation about the company to clients and visitors.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including dataentry filing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage and maintain office security by following safetyprocedures and controlling access via the receptiondesk.
  • Collaborate with other departments toensure efficient office operations.
  • Performother clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook).
  • Solid written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to beresourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the abilityto prioritize tasks.
  • Customer serviceattitude.
