Your duties asa Nurse/RGNwillinclude:

  • Leadingsupervising and training the careteam.
  • General Nursingduties.
  • Being responsible forordering storing and administeringmedication.
  • Keeping precise up todate records.
  • Maintaining the clients dignity and respect at alltimes.
  • Achieving the highestpossible standard of care in a professional manner through directnursing care and effective supervision ofstaff.
  • Taking managementresponsibility for shift asdirected.

Aboutyou the idealNurse:

  • You llneed to be passionate about what you do and that means leading byexample.
  • You must be wellorganised.
  • You will need to be afirst level Nurse(RMN/RGN/RNLD) with a currentPIN.
  • Be able work on your owninitiative and make effective decisions whilst workingcollaboratively as part of a multidisciplinaryteam.
  • You should be up to date withcurrent evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQCStandards and Regulations.
  • Youshould be registered with the NMC and have a satisfactoryDBS.
