About the Role

Medsolve is proud to be supporting a top care home provider based in the North East of England who are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in their care home based in Chester le Street.

Job Summary

This is a permanent Day Shift role (33 to 44 hours pw) with a salary of 23.00ph. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and training the care team, as well as performing general nursing duties, ordering, storing, and administering medication, and maintaining precise and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.
  • Perform general nursing duties, including administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
  • Order and store medication, and ensure its safe administration.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest possible standard of care.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and well-organized Registered Nurse who is able to work on their own initiative and make effective decisions. You will need to be a first-level Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with a current PIN, and be registered with the NMC and have a satisfactory DBS.
