About the Role

Medsolve is proud to be supporting a top care home provider based in the North East of England who are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in their care home based in Chester le Street.

Job Summary

This is a permanent day shift role (33 to 44 hours per week) with a salary of 23.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and train the care team.
  • General nursing duties.
  • Order, store, and administer medication.
  • Keep precise, up-to-date records.
  • Maintain clients' dignity and respect at all times.
  • Achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of staff.
  • Take management responsibility for shift as directed.
About You

We're looking for a passionate and well-organized individual who is a first-level Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with a current PIN. You should be able to work on your own initiative and make effective decisions while working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You should be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations. You should be registered with the NMC and have a satisfactory DBS.
