This is a full time permanent position working 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. You will receive inbound calls on behalf of our 10 Parts Departments across the group. Your main focus will be inbound Trade Sales with a small element of retail customers, whilst also making outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establishing contact with lapsed Trade customers.

You will be responsible for;

Providing pricing information, with the intent to gain customers business and build a strong rapport Ordering the required parts for delivery to the customers local Vantage centre, as agreed with the customer Agreeing payment and delivery schedule of Parts to Trade customers within our delivery area

Customer experience is at the centre of everything we do. This is a customer focused role and will involve dealing with our valued customers whilst also liasing with our dealerships to resolve any issues.

Have a friendly and professional telephone manner Be confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product they require Have gained experience in stock ordering in a similar role
