Campaigning for issues around personal safety such as taxi and minicab safety Education: Training on workplace safety Support: We manage the National Stalking Helpline which supports thousands of victims of stalking each yearWe are looking for a volunteer to assist our training department. This role will be varied and will give you the opportunity to gain experience through varied tasks across the department. The role will include:
Assisting with the data input into our new customer database – Salesforce training will be provided Gathering information from customers ahead of planned training courses Gathering feedback and testimonials from previous customers – opportunity to assist with reports and presentation of data to wider team Opportunity to attend exhibitions with Suzy Lamplugh Trust to gain experience speaking to a range of potential customers Various ad hoc tasks as requiredSkills and experience needed for role:
Practical and pragmatic Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) Positive and confident phone manner-
