POSITION OVERVIEW

The CRM & MarTech Manager will support the Head of CRM, Insights & Analytics and will coordinate the implementation of CRM solutions. The role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide marketing insights and support strategic business decisions. This CRM & MarTech Manager will also assist with end-user training and reporting to the business.

This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, as well as a solid understanding of CRM marketing best practices and the ability to effectively contribute to digital communication strategies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate CRM projects at all stages: planning, executing, monitoring, closing, and reporting. Assist with the new marketing automation system setup: design, build and refine marketing and transactional campaign workflows. Support the implementation of automated journeys for multiple audiences to cultivate relationships and enhance communications with active and inactive prospects and customers. Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of CRM marketing campaigns. Support digital acquisition and data capture strategies, as well as audience segmentation and targeting. Work collaboratively to understand business and customer needs and advise on industry best practices and standards related to CRM marketing. Manage, merchandise, and report on the loyalty portal program. Work closely with Head of CRM, Insights & Analytics, Senior Director of Club and Residences Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required, in hospitality, marketing, or related field Proven 3-5 years of work experience with CRM and loyalty systems for (Private Club membership management, Real estate, and top customers) 3-5 years of experience in email marketing with a marketing automation system (luxury hospitality background is strongly recommended) Fluent in English as well as business level of German and/or French required Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis. Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. Must have excellent communication skill and be team-oriented. Strong communication skills, team-oriented, creative thinking, attention to detail.
