Belcan is currently looking for an experienced Project and Office Administrator, on a Permanent basis, to provide project documentation and administrative support to the team.
Hybrid with 3 days on-site, from our South West London office SW14, overlooking the Thames.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
As the Project Administrator, you will be supporting our technical teams in the creation, formatting, checking, collation, etc. of documentation. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining document registers, ensuring that stored information is accurate and up to date. Acting as the delivery interface for client documentation, you will be responsible for transmittals, monitoring mailboxes, and working with client document management systems.
You will also be tasked with general office administration duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
Candidates must have previous experience in administration with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive attitude. Previous use of MS Office packages is essential and any knowledge of using Electronic Content Management Systems and Aconex, within an Engineering environment would be advantageous.
Remuneration will reflect the technical nature of the role and the responsibility that it carries.
