Join Our Team as a Security Officer in Leamington Spa
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on 4 off, days and nights)
We are looking for Security Officers with a valid SIA licence to join our team in Leamington Spa. Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is highly preferred, and we are seeking candidates who are professional, approachable, and confident in dealing with clients and customers.

Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and professional at all times.
- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
- Arrange access cards and manage access control for staff and visitors.
- Work closely with the client to address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure vigilance and uphold security standards, maintaining a strong presence on-site.
Skills and Qualifications:
- SIA licence is required.
- Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is preferred.
- Good computer literacy skills for managing reports and communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and clients.
- Confidence in handling security duties while being approachable and helpful.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
