Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our clients to address any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable and professional at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
- Handle phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Manage access control for staff and visitors, ensuring secure and efficient access.
- Work collaboratively with our clients to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and uphold security standards, ensuring a strong presence on-site.
Requirements:
- SIA licence is mandatory.
- Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Good computer literacy skills for managing reports and communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and clients.
- Confidence in handling security duties while being approachable and helpful.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
