Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with clients to address and resolve any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable and professional at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Handle phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Arrange access cards and manage access control for staff and visitors.
- Work collaboratively with the client to address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure vigilance and uphold security standards, maintaining a strong presence on-site.
Requirements:
- SIA licence is required.
- Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is preferred.
- Good computer literacy skills for managing reports and communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and clients.
- Confidence in handling security duties while being approachable and helpful.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
