We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services in Leamington Spa. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our clients to address any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide professional and approachable service to clients and customers at all times.
- Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Communication: Handle phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Access Control: Arrange access cards and manage access control for staff and visitors.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with clients to address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Security Standards: Ensure vigilance and uphold security standards, maintaining a strong presence on-site.
- SIA Licence: A valid SIA licence is required for this role.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Good computer literacy skills for managing reports and communications.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and clients.
- Teamwork: A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
