Security Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for security-related matters and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of security awareness and vigilance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol all areas of the premises to ensure the security and safety of clients, staff, and visitors.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and breaches.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a high level of security awareness and vigilance.
- Participate in regular training and development to enhance security skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA license (CCTV & Door Supervisor).
- Experience of working in a security role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of security awareness and vigilance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IOSH trained.
- Experience of working with clients and building partnerships.
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Organised individual with a record of planning and managing work flows.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and its impact.
