As a Manufacturing Offering Lead you are responsible for the overall performance and growth of a given Offering across your assigned geographies. You'll work closely with regional leadership and other Market Unit stakeholders to implement a strategy for offering identification and investments. You support offering sales and delivery, manage offering related capability and capacity, and own regional interlock with offering alliance partners, MS, and Accenture. Together we do what matters. Proven expertise in Microsoft ERP technologies, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX. Proven experience in ERP solution design, deal shaping and architecture, with a focus on scalable and reliable enterprise ERP implementations. Strong understanding of ERP system functionalities, including financial management, supply chain, manufacturing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical ERP solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, providing strategic guidance and advice on ERP implementations. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect or equivalent, are highly desirable. Characteristics that can spell success for this role Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder Resilient, adaptable, flexible Intellectually curious and passionate about tech Convincing storyteller and engaging content creator Work with account teams to drive offering sales in targeted accounts Lead solution planning & design efforts for offerings Manage effective delivery of offerings to clients (+project mobilization, QAs) Collaborate with Accenture at the offering level and with the Global CoE on offering / asset development Review and approve ROMs (Rough Order of Magnitude) and deals as per deal review matrix for offering Collaborate with DM leads to surface delivery issues and estimate EAC outcomes for offering Partner with RCLs to determine priorities for staff positioning on client projects, business development activities and internal investment initiatives for offering Partner with Capability Lead on MU workforce strategy, balancing supply vs demand timing and optimal GDN participation for offering Hitting delivery targets and setting positive examples for the Manufacturing delivery Architects.
