Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality/technical team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our on-site quality teams, developing the team, and making key decisions regarding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide shop floor support to on-site quality teams, addressing challenges and developing the team.
  • Make key decisions regarding quality standards on site.
  • Contribute to the development of quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to drive quality excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Background in Quality Supervision, QA Supervision, Quality Team Leadership, or QA Team Leadership in the food manufacturing industry, preferably supplying major retailers.
  • Food Safety and HACCP Level 3 certification is highly desirable, but training can be provided if needed.
