About Us:
Total Training Provision
is happy to be working with a leading name in the construction, housing, and property management industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to its clients and residents. The Apprenticeship will be work-based and delivered within the setting where you will gain valuable skills and train alongside industry experts learning whilst you are earning. 

The Apprenticeship:Our Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to excel in the property management sector. Throughout the course you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical insights and contributing to real projects.

What You Will Do:
  • Learn about property legislation, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your professional development and knowledge.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for housing and property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Eligibility:
  • You need to be a resident of the UK for at least 3 years
  • You can not be in any other current education
  • Any age over 16 can apply for an apprenticeship
  • The course is fully funded and at no cost to you
  • If Maths and English qualifications are not attained we can deliver these to you as part of your apprenticeship
