Role Overview: As a Housing Support Coach for young people (ages 16-25), you will work directly with young people, offering tailored support that empowers them to achieve independence and stability. Your role will involve helping residents navigate challenges and develop essential life skills, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and maintain supportive, trusting relationships with young residents, acting as a mentor and guide in their journey towards independent living.
  • • Provide one-on-one support to help residents improve life skills such as budgeting, managing tenancies, cooking, and self-care.
  • • Collaborate with external services (e.g., mental health professionals, employment services, social workers) to ensure holistic support for residents.
