The People Administrator role is a cross functional, varied and integral part of the People division, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business. The main focus will be supporting the People team with the ongoing day to day activities in support of the business including but not limited to L&D, recruitment, onboarding, reporting data such as sickness & absence, training coordination, overseeing various systems / databases, communication and culture support and administrative activities.

Requirements

·        1st point of contact for all internal and external HR related enquires, including the AVK People Inbox. Ensure all enquiries are read, tracked, distributed if necessary, and responded to.

·        Develop strong working relationships with all areas of the business.

·        Recruitment / New starter administration including contract / offer paperwork, onboarding and induction process, new employee review process, working collaboratively with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for new starters.

·        Working with the Office Admin team to support the effective administration of the company car and van fleet, and all associated activities where required.

·        Assist in special events administration, including gifts and cards

·        Working with L&D to ensure full promotion of further development across the business

·        Ownership of the AVK training matrix ensuring all qualifications and courses are recorded and uploaded onto the HRIS
