Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to provide administrative support to our training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective, professional, and accurate administration service to support the efficiency of the training team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the training team, including checking and reconciling training schedules, recording and analyzing data in Excel spreadsheets, and raising invoices.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and maintain the accuracy and completeness of information on SUEZ IT systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Work as part of a strong team to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to resolve queries and problems efficiently, accurately, and to agreed deadlines.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • A friendly and approachable manner.
