About the Role 

The Guest Services Manager is the champion of service and the gatekeeper of problem prevention on resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to guests throughout their entire stay, not forgetting those all-important first two hours. Overseeing the prearrival key process, the check-ins and the Guest Services team, this role is all about finding new ways to enhance the guest experience 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively lead problem prevention across resort with senior stakeholders
  • Support the team to find resolution for guest problems
  • Be present for all peak training times
  • To coach and develop your team and provide an environment where they can perform at their best
  • Support recruitment and planning for your areas within the department
  • Control and manage rosters and budgets for your areas
  • Support and manage reward and recognition for your areas

About You

We’re looking for someone with a passion for high standards, who’s always eager to deliver exceptional service to guests You should follow the detail, being able to assess opportunities for growth and understand how the biggest positive impact is achieved. Being a strong communicator is key – the Guest Services Manager will build and maintain relationships across the resort at all levels, with both team and guests alike, to ensure guest resolutions are met efficiently and problems are not repeated. 

The Guest Services Manager a key influencer of behaviour on resort so having experience leading a team to excellence is essential and to do so, we’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, who’s always ready to Get Stuck In
