We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Butlin's Team as Guest Services Ambassadors. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Guest Services department.
As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be welcoming guests onto the resort and creating an exceptional first impression for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in, providing directions around the resort, and working closely with the Guest Services team to ensure check-in areas run smoothly.
Days of work will be Monday and Friday for the most part, however flexibility is essential. Hours of work may vary slightly, but applicants must be available until 10pm on Fridays.
About YouWe're looking for people with a passion for high standards and a desire to go the extra mile to give outstanding service to our guests. You will be our guests' first impression, so a 'get stuck in' attitude and a natural ability to engage with people is essential.
