Umbrella - £21.84 to £23.30
Medical Information SpecialistRole:
- To providetechnical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals andpatients/caregivers with high degree of quality customer service inthe local language.
- Research and respond toinquiries received via multiple channels including (but not limitedto) phone, email, webform, live chat or postal mail, within therequired timelines and standards.
- Document theinquiry and response accurately and completely according torelevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/ Work Instruction (WI),and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and reportadverse events and product quality complaints within requiredtimelines.
- Provide response in customer’s locallanguage using approved resources inEnglish.
YourBackground:
- Degree in alife science/healthcare fieldrequired.
- Pharmacy Degreepreferred.
- 1-2 years of medical information orrelevant work experience.
- Customer Serviceexperience.
- English language and Dutch language(C1, mother tongue).
- Any additional Europeanlanguage skills (German, French, Polish, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish)would be a bonus.
