CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in the Pharmaceutical industry. This is a contract-based position for 12 months, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days on-site at their Tadworth location.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and patients/caregivers with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Research and respond to inquiries received through various channels, including but not limited to, webforms, live chat, or postal mail, within required timelines and standards.
- Document inquiries and responses accurately and completely, adhering to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
- Deliver responses in the customer's local language using approved resources in English.
- Degree in a life science or healthcare field is required.
- Pharmacy degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of medical information or relevant work experience.
- Customer service experience.
- English language and Dutch language (C1, mother tongue).
- Additional European language skills (German, French, Polish, Greek, Norwegian, Swedish) are a bonus.

This role is based at our client's site in Tadworth, with a requirement of at least 2 to 3 days on-site per week (5 days every fortnight).
